Session Lengths and Prices

I base my session rates according to time, and I do not offer any "add-ons" that increase my prices. Any and all of my training and equipment is available to each of my clients, depending on your specific needs, goals, and health history (we will talk about contraindications -- what may or may not be safe for you -- during your consultation and first session, if applicable, and any time your health situation changes). I do offer each client a complimentary video or in-person consultation along with a comprehensive intake document to fill out, prior to scheduling the first session.

60 minutes = $135.00

90 minutes = $180.00

2 hours = $225.00

(These rates are subject to change on an annual basis; above rates are valid as of 1/1/2026)

I do offer a variety of packages for those who want to enlist my help in reaching specific goals, to facilitate consistent visits over a period of time.

Some sessions will necessitate more "talking time" than others. While I do my best to ensure that each client receives the maximum amount of table time at each session, there are situations that warrant a longer pre-massage or post-massage discussion. These talk times are not for shooting the breeze; they are designed to gather necessary information, provide education, and enable you to integrate what has transpired during our session before you go out into the world. Here are some things that might affect the amount of pre/post-session discussion you may experience:

If you live with a complex medical and/or mental health condition, safety is my biggest concern (well, safety is always my biggest concern): I need to understand as much as possible about your condition(s), how they affect you physically and your lifestyle in general, how they are being managed, and what you are hoping for us to accomplish during your sessions. These discussions will occur more during your consultation and first session or two than later sessions, once I have gotten to know your body and needs. We will have further discussion(s) as needed when/if your situation changes, such as a new course of treatment, an exacerbation (or, hopefully, abatement!) of symptoms, condition progression, etc..

Trauma Touch Therapy™ sessions consist of a wide variety of experiences, some of which will be hands-on and many of which will be more focused on other ways in which you and your body experience the world around you (and within). These sessions necessarily conclude with a good amount of "debriefing" time. Many of my TTT clients choose to make notes about their experiences to discuss with their psychotherapist or counselor, as well as "take-home" concepts that jump out at them during the session. *Note that I am not a psychotherapist and I do not provide counseling or psychotherapy; all processing that is done during my sessions pertains to the body only.

Reconnection Sessions will include more discussion during the actual hands-on time than any other sessions (besides Trauma Touch Therapy™), because the focus of these sessions is to keep you present and engaged with your body rather than "zoning out" or dissociating (and yes, "zoning" and dissociating are two different things). These sessions will also include some debriefing time afterwards, to integrate your experiences, process events that feel important to you, and to note any "take-home" concepts that come to mind from the session. * Here again, I am not a psychotherapist and I do not provide counseling or psychotherapy; all processing that is done during my sessions pertains to the body only.
